Refund Policy

Effective Date: 04/20/2026

Patriot Can Cleaners LLC aims to provide professional, reliable service and to address legitimate service concerns fairly. This Refund Policy is subject to the terms of any signed customer service agreement, quote, invoice, proposal, recurring service plan, VIP membership terms, or other written service terms provided by Patriot Can Cleaners LLC. If there is any conflict, the signed customer service agreement or more specific written service terms shall control.

1. Missed Service and Inaccessible Bins

Clients are responsible for making garbage cans and recycling bins available and accessible on the scheduled service day.

If bins are not made available for cleaning on the scheduled day and the client has not provided prior notice, the missed visit will be treated as a completed service. No refund or rescheduling will be provided in those instances.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service or through automatic billing for recurring plans, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit card, bank transfer, or mobile payment.

3. Refunds for Completed Services

Once a service has been completed, refunds are not automatically issued.

If a client reports a legitimate service concern, Patriot Can Cleaners LLC may review the issue and determine, in its sole discretion, whether any corrective action, courtesy touch-up, re-service, partial credit, or other remedy is appropriate.

Nothing in this policy guarantees a refund after services have been performed.

4. Early Cancellation of Recurring Service

If a client cancels recurring service before receiving services totaling at least $75 in value, the client agrees to be charged the difference between the amount paid and $75.

In addition, a $50 early termination fee may be applied to cover administrative and scheduling costs related to early cancellation.

5. Termination and Unused Prepaid Services

Either party may terminate service with 7 days’ written notice, unless a different notice requirement is stated in writing.

Unused prepaid services may be refunded at the discretion of Patriot Can Cleaners LLC, subject to any applicable early termination terms, fees, or other contract provisions.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly approved in writing by Patriot Can Cleaners LLC:

  • completed service visits

  • missed visits where bins were not made available

  • VIP Membership fees

  • fees tied to early termination of recurring service

  • charges caused by inaccurate service information, blocked access, or unsafe service conditions

7. Rescheduling Instead of Refund

Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather, equipment issues, holidays, or other operational issues. In those situations, the service will be moved to the next available date. A reschedule under these circumstances does not create a right to a refund.

8. No Refund for Conditions Outside Our Control

Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by:

  • pre-existing defects in garbage cans or recycling bins

  • structural damage or brittleness due to age, sun exposure, or misuse

  • client negligence

  • hazardous conditions

  • blocked or unsafe access

  • hazardous waste, animal waste, or sharp objects inside the bin

9. VIP Membership

VIP Membership is non-refundable and renews annually unless canceled by the client prior to renewal.

Complimentary cleanings included with VIP Membership cannot be exchanged for cash or future credit.
