Welcome to Patriot Can Cleaners LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, patriotcancleaners.com, and any services provided by Patriot Can Cleaners LLC. By booking, purchasing, requesting a quote, opting into communications, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Patriot Can Cleaners LLC provides garbage can cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and related exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial customers, subject to scheduling, service-area limits, weather conditions, safety conditions, and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including where conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, customer information is inaccurate, or service requests fall outside our scope of work.
2. Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service location details, and any instructions needed to complete the job.
For garbage can cleaning, customers are responsible for making cans accessible on the scheduled service date. If cans are not accessible, blocked, locked behind gates, placed in the wrong location, or otherwise unavailable, the visit may be treated as a completed service call or rescheduled at our discretion.
For pressure washing, soft washing, and related services, customers are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the work area, including access to water sources if required, and for securing pets, vehicles, and personal property away from the work area.
3. Weather, Freezing Conditions, and Rescheduling
Services may be delayed, interrupted, or rescheduled due to weather, freezing temperatures, wind, storms, unsafe site conditions, equipment issues, or other conditions outside our control.
We are not liable for delays or rescheduling caused by such conditions. If service must be postponed for safety or operational reasons, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
4. Payment and Billing
Payment is due at booking, at the time of service, or under another payment timeframe approved by management.
We may accept cash, credit cards, electronic payments, and other approved payment methods. Returned payments, declined cards, chargebacks, or failed transactions may result in delayed scheduling, service suspension, collection efforts, or refusal of future service.
The customer authorizes Patriot Can Cleaners LLC to charge approved payment methods for booked services, approved recurring services, applicable taxes, and authorized fees.
5. Cancellations
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment unless a different cancellation window is stated in a quote, invoice, proposal, service agreement, or recurring service plan.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, inaccessible service locations, or failure to make service items available may result in a cancellation fee, forfeiture of deposit, or treatment of the visit as a completed service call.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Recurring Services
If a customer enrolls in recurring services, the service will continue according to the selected plan unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable agreement, quote, invoice terms, or service plan terms.
Pricing for recurring services may change with advance notice. We may suspend or terminate recurring services for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, repeated access issues, or other material issues affecting service.
8. Service Results and Limitations
We aim to provide thorough, professional cleaning. However, the customer understands and agrees that:

not all stains, odors, discoloration, grease, rust, oxidation, buildup, or contamination can be fully removed

some surfaces, cans, enclosures, concrete, pavers, stone, siding, paint, joints, seals, and other materials may already have pre-existing wear, damage, weakness, or deterioration

pressure washing and soft washing may reveal pre-existing defects that were hidden by dirt, grime, mold, algae, oxidation, staining, or neglect

we do not guarantee permanent results, complete stain removal, or complete odor removal
9. Customer Property and Pre-Existing Conditions
Patriot Can Cleaners LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose materials, defective surfaces, failing paint, weak mortar, unstable pavers, cracked concrete, broken lids, damaged wheels, brittle plastic, or other conditions not caused by our negligence.
Customers should notify us before service of any delicate surfaces, known defects, prior repairs, hazards, access restrictions, or site-specific concerns.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot Can Cleaners LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the website, communications, quotes, scheduling, or services provided.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Communications Consent
By contacting us, submitting a form, requesting a quote, booking service, or otherwise providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you regarding your inquiry, quote, appointment, service updates, invoices, account matters, customer support, review requests, seasonal reminders, and promotional offers, as permitted by law and based on your communication preferences.
These communications may be sent by phone call, email, or text message.
Consent to receive promotional emails or text messages is not required as a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending service-related or transactional communications.
12. Privacy
We may collect and use customer information for service fulfillment, scheduling, billing, customer service, internal business operations, legal compliance, review requests, and marketing communications where permitted by law and based on customer preferences.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Third-Party Providers
We may use third-party providers for website hosting, scheduling, CRM, invoicing, payment processing, analytics, email communications, text messaging, and related business operations. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or failures caused by third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, branding, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Patriot Can Cleaners LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
15. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in violation of law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of those updates.
